The Heroes of Hospitality Award is awarded to front-line workers that demonstrate our core values and embody the heart of hospitality through an extraordinary single act of service and/or consistent job performance that is truly “above and beyond”. This award is presented to the winner at a surprise awards ceremony at the winner’s place of employment. Press releases and social media posts throughout the hospitality industry highlight the winner and event.
