The Helping Hospitality Grant initiative was originally launched by distributing $500 grants to those impacted due to Covid-19. As the hospitality industry recovers from the pandemic, this grant program will continue to be offered to hospitality front line workers who are in need of financial assistance due to a current hardship such as a life-threatening illness or catastrophic occurrence.

Qualifications:

  • Applications will be accepted from hospitality industry front-line/non-managerial workers

  • Restaurant workers do not qualify

  • The nominee must have completed a minimum of 2 years of employment with their current employer

  • Part time or hourly employees are eligible

  • The Above and Beyond Foundation will determine the grant amount

  • Both employer and winner agree to publicity, including photos, interviews, and social media posts
