The Helping Hospitality Grant initiative was originally launched by distributing $500 grants to those impacted due to Covid-19. As the hospitality industry recovers from the pandemic, this grant program will continue to be offered to hospitality front line workers who are in need of financial assistance due to a current hardship such as a life-threatening illness or catastrophic occurrence.
Qualifications:
Applications will be accepted from hospitality industry front-line/non-managerial workers
Restaurant workers do not qualify
The nominee must have completed a minimum of 2 years of employment with their current employer
Part time or hourly employees are eligible
The Above and Beyond Foundation will determine the grant amount
Both employer and winner agree to publicity, including photos, interviews, and social media posts
